Seatbelts/Bridesmaids/Page Boy Transport/Child Seat Belt Legislation September '06

As of the above date we are no longer able to transport any child under the age of three years at the time of the Wedding in our vintage Daimler's as all children below the age of three have to be in the correct child seat or booster seat to travel in any car on a pre-booked journey. As all our vehicles legally have no fitted seat belts, child seats or booster's can not be fitted correctly. Passenger safety is the responsibility of the driver/chauffeur and he/she has the right to refuse transport to any passenger he/she feels is not adequately seated in their vehicle. If you have any queries or questions please contact MCC.
